How do you keep yourself focused on Akhirah, when Dunya is too big of a distraction? :/

When I think back about the things that I did in these 19 years of life that I’ve lived, have I done a single thing that pleases Allah? Have I done something that can put me into Jannah? I admit, I was too busy with Dunyawi that I’ve forgotten what we are living for. Oh Allah, ease the path for me and my Muslim brothers and sisters to your Jannah.
